Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Rita is simply the best. She is knowledgable, professional and tailors every treatment to suit you. She has so much to offer but never makes you feel pressured and is always happy to talk through any treatments before you make a decision. I’ll be back!

I had a very positive experience at Kristian’s studio. He is professional, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his treatments. I also appreciated his individual approach, attention to detail and warm, friendly nature. I am very happy with the results of my lip treatment – they look beautiful and natural. Everything was explained to me and I felt safe and well taken care of. Krystian’s studio is very clean and you can see that he takes hygiene standards very seriously.   I highly recommend Kristian to anyone who is looking for high quality treatments and a professional approach.

I visited the Hedge Clinic last week after recently moving closer, having previously attended the Basingstoke clinic. I had laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and Laser Genesis treatments. Both ladies were so welcoming and professional, and they took the time to clearly explain each treatment and talk me through the process, which was really reassuring. I cannot recommend the facials here enough. From start to finish it is an incredibly relaxing experience. Kirsty is amazing, she explains what will happen during the facial and is really knowledgeable. Love all my treatments with Krystian! He recommended microneedling with Botox and I’m so glad I listened as my face is glowing and compliments the anti wrinkle treatment.

Ruta is amazing. I’m so happy with my treatment. Ruta is so gentle and full of information.

I loved the facial today ! My skin feels so fresh and smooth, and it only took half an hour. Perfect little treat in the middle of a busy day

Hanna was amazing, she explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Also she was lovely to talk to, I could sit and chat with her for hours 😊 When I took my plaster off an hour later my family and I couldn’t believe that about 90% of the tattoo had completely disappeared. I can highly recommend this treatment!
