I am so glad i meet kirsty. she's given me 2x facials now and honestly i have never felt so relaxed before. Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Where can I start. As I entered Kirsty’s treatment room I felt immediately calm. Kirsty welcomed me making me feel very special. Her treatment couch is so warm and I completely relaxed. I opted for a hydrating facial after a short discussion with Kirsty.

I visited the Hedge Clinic last week after recently moving closer, having previously attended the Basingstoke clinic. I had laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and Laser Genesis treatments. Both ladies were so welcoming and professional, and they took the time to clearly explain each treatment and talk me through the process, which was really reassuring. I cannot recommend the facials here enough. From start to finish it is an incredibly relaxing experience. Kirsty is amazing, she explains what will happen during the facial and is really knowledgeable. Hayley is amazing and her knowledge on SPMU laser treatment is evident. Gives a full explanation of the process and what to actually expect following your treatment whilst acknowledging your own expectations Will definitely be back for laser treatment on my tattoos, may even suck it up and not use numbing cream….. eek Definitely recommend 💯
