Bethany is genuinely a lovely professional. She explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Very relaxing, had to focus hard not to fall asleep; truly relaxing. It was a pleasure meeting her and looking forward to booking my next facial.

Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. I had the Botox in my masseter jaw muscles to help with teeth clenching and grinding. Vikki was amazing at talking me through the treatment and how long it would take to work, she was even really helpful about possible top up but I havnt had to have that as it's been amazing!, it has really helped and is something I will be coming back to Vikki for more treatments when it's needed

Excellent service from Ellie. I am very pleased with the results of my underarm laser hair removal. Ellie was highly professional - she always explained what would happen carefully. She was considerate and friendly, and the whole process was very straightforward. It went exactly as she advised it would, & I’d definitely recommend Ellie’s laser treatment to others. Jenni is amazing, I was only going to have my nails done as a one off but it is such a lovely experience and Jenni does such a great job and makes you feel so fab that it’s become a regular occurrence again! All the ladies at Nirvana are lovely and it’s a real treat every time I visit!
