Always a great experience with Mel, I had a Vitaran top up which I have had before, but great to learn about some new treatments especially the charcoal facial which I have now booked. Highly recommend Mel.

Sue is the ultimate skincare queen. She’s the only person I have ever gone back to for a facial as I’ve always felt something wasn’t quite right with other facialist. She blows my mind with how knowledgable she is around the skin and skin care. No question is ever too silly and she is always so welcoming and calm when I visit, I feel like I’m chatted with a friend! I had Microneedling for the first time and whilst I can’t comment on the results as of yet, I’m excited to see the results in a few more treatment time.

Great service, Mike & Mel put me at ease and the treatment was pain free. Mike took time to assess what needed doing and Mel was really insightful and offered advice on different treatments available. All in all 5*

Another personalised facial today, this is my third facial with Sue and she continues to impress me with her knowledge and adaptability to my skincare issues I raise. I’ve always been extremely conscious of my skin and feeling exposed under a light and for someone to be that close to my imperfections, however she makes me feel super comfortable and calm.

Wonderful, relaxing facial. Went by so fast - totally relaxed by the end.

I’ve been seeing Sue since last year for HydraFacials and Dermaplaning in preparation for my wedding, and the results have been amazing. My skin looks so much better, and Sue’s expertise and kindness really made each visit special. The room is always so soothing and comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments.
