Hannah is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I had Botox in three areas and was fantastic, no messing around just got on with the treatment but still super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her! There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

I’ve been seeing Hannah since September of last year, ever since moving to a different city i needed to find my go to person, and I haven't looked back! Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

Thank you, Lilly, for my amazing microneedling session today! My skin already feels incredible, and I was genuinely shocked at how glowy my face looked after just one treatment. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
