There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

I bought a course of laser hair removal therapy from Groupon and Chanté had been exceptional. Really helpful and friendly and no pressure to upsell me other treatments (although I will be looking at other treatment options in the future as she has been so professional and has done such a great job!)

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. I had the deep cleanse facial, milk spots and skin tag removal. Initially after having the treatment my face was very sore and puffy and I was concerned. I was advised by Tammy and Shelby that it will take 5days to heal and settle down. On the 6th day I have literally amazing skin 💕 everything has healed and skin is fresh and glowing!!! Cannot thank Tammy and Shelby enough they are both very kind & welcoming. I will be back for future treatments and I have had so many compliments on how clearer my skin is looking. Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

I’ve been seeing Hannah since September of last year, ever since moving to a different city i needed to find my go to person, and I haven't looked back!
