Hannah is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I had Botox in three areas and was fantastic, no messing around just got on with the treatment but still super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her! I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

This is the second time using the hyperbaric camber. Both times I’ve used it after getting Covid and having brain fog. For me the results are fantastic and releases the sensation. After the treatment my decision making and brain activity is back to normal. I can strong recommend it. The clinic is also fantastic and the staff are really helpful.

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Bernice is incredibly professional yet warm in her approach to the treatments she provides. Having had the same filler previously I truly feel that the care and time taken to explain everything was wonderful! I felt safe and my results were instant. I bought a course of laser hair removal therapy from Groupon and Chanté had been exceptional. Really helpful and friendly and no pressure to upsell me other treatments (although I will be looking at other treatment options in the future as she has been so professional and has done such a great job!)

Linzi is amazing! After having a few bad experiences elsewhere, she was able to soak off my horrendous old set and give me a brand new set of lashes. She was honest and reassuring throughout the process and my natural lashes are so much healthier after just 2 treatments. She uses professional products and the results look amazing. Always feel really comfortable and relaxed during my appointments and leave with amazing lashes. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you! x

The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.

I had a really great experience with SwissLaser Even after just one treatment, I can already see a noticeable improvement in my sideburn area — there’s a big difference already, which I’m really happy with. Safa was excellent — very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. The consultation was excellent. It was clear that Dr. Buraimoh was knowledgeable as she answered my questions. I felt she thoroughly understood what I wanted to achieve.
