The experience in the Arctic Room is out of this world! I have been benefiting from the "Cryo" experience for over two years now, here in Sydney and in Europe. The clinic in Double Bay is at least a few steps above any other clinic I have been to - congrats to Regina and Johanna for bringing these high quality equipment to Sydney, feeling grateful to have met Anna (Double Bay clinic), Deanne and Anastasia (Strathfield clinic) - excellent customer service, going above & beyond to ensure the clients are having the best experoence possible. I always feel very zen after 3 mins in the Arctic room!

Today I was lucky enough to book a beautiful facial with Elisa, and it was such an amazing experience. She is a very experienced and lovely beautician who makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire treatment. My skin feels happy again! The facial massage was from another world, and every step of the process was incredible. My face feels deeply hydrated, lifted, and glowing. I had the most beautiful facial with Sarah. The whole experience was amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The consultation at the start was so good – she really took the time to understand my skin and what I wanted. The treatment itself was so calming, I left feeling completely refreshed, glowing and with so much more knowledge on how to care for my skin from the inside - out. Upon arrival my mum and I were greeted by the team with a warm welcome. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. They advised us on what treatments each of us should have based on our specific needs. In the treatment room the girls were very reassuring and looked after us well. Definitely will be back!

I had the most wonderful experience with Emma for my hair spa and facial. She is incredibly talented, patient and so attentive to every detail. I have been cared for by Tiffany for a few years now. She has been marvellous. My overall health has improved and the specific issues I have had have been readily resolved by her. She has aided my damaged shoulder, improved blood circulation and helped my digestive system. She is very good at zooming in on the core problem and fixing it with her special hands. Tiffany is an expert in her field - better than the many thousand others in Sydney. She is a very caring and reliable person. I am honoured to have had her as my masseuse.

Great experience . Hydro facial was amazing , skin felt clean and fresh . Explaining of the treatment was great as I do have sensitive skin and did not want any flair up as I have had this with previous treatments , the process and treatment was explained and assured this would not cause any issues with the skin after treatment as the products used were not harsh and would nourish the skin : Would do this once a month without hesitation .

I had a brilliant teeth whitening experience with Georgina. She explained everything thoroughly and was so knowledgeable and skilled throughout the whole process. The salon is a very welcoming and friendly environment. It was great being able to keep myself occupied on the iPad provided during my treatment time also.
