Sireen is absolutely incredible. She checked in with me at every step of my appointment — lash tint, lash lift, brow tint, brow lamination and shape — making sure each part matched what I actually wanted before moving forward. When my eyelids felt slightly irritated partway through, she stopped immediately, took it seriously, and fixed it on the spot. When I explained the brow thickness I was after, she took her time and kept checking in until we both agreed it was exactly right. The whole appointment felt like an experience, not just a service. I’ll be back and will request Sireen.

From the beginning, she took the time to ask lots of questions and really understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. I’m picky with who I let touch my brows but I trust Jules without a doubt. Anytime she has done a tint and shape I love it and never need to ask her to fix anything. She has also recently tattooed my brows and I absolutely love them! She’s also really lovely and has good chat so we’re always having a laugh which makes it a good experience. I highly recommend Jules.
