I’ve been with HairHub for about six months now, and I’m always happy with the service. However, during my last hair dye appointment, the results weren’t what I expected. When I let HairHub and Natali know, they were incredibly polite and accommodating, fitting me in within a few days to fix the issue. Natali went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked exactly how I wanted it. This level of customer service is rare to find in Toronto! Natali not only listens to all your wishes and recommendations but also genuinely cares about keeping your hair as healthy as possible! Highly recommend 🫶

Lili is a very detail oriented nail technician. The does a complete manicure from beginning to end. Leaving the nails looking very clean and the nail bed looks longer. Amazing job Lily! But be weary of who you book your mani/pedi with.

The nail tech who did my pedicure and refill was excellent, it's newly renovated and the equipment used was quality. However, I go to the nail salon as a break for my self care and while the TV and music was great, the cousin of the owner doing loud business there the entire 2hours was extremely annoying and destracting which made it hard to relax

I am very satisfied with the result, but my concern is how the appointment was handled. I booked manicure and pedicure with Winnie, yet my manicure was done by someone else. While I was having my pedicure, another staff member started my manicure at the same time. I had asked for manicure after pedicure, but my request was ignored. Since I booked with a specific person, I expected to receive the service from them. It would have been more professional to ask first, as I booked 75 minutes and was not in a rush.

I have been going to Emily's Nails on Avenue since they opened, and they always come out with great nails. Van is excellent and always my go-to Nail tech. She does excellent quality design work and is quick. My nails always last 3-4 weeks before they grow out too long, with no chipping, and are still shiny.

Stella and Tommy were amazing. I have an injured nail and she works her magic to build me a new with with dipping powder. The customer service and kindness here is also a 10/10. I have been looking for a go-to nail salon since moving to the area 1.5 years ago, and I'm SO glad I found this place!! I have lived in various areas in the GTA and this is by far the best nail salon I have been to. It's so clean, beautiful decor, and Ann gave me the most educational consultation for my nails. She was so welcoming, made me feel like she genuinely cared about the health of my nails, and did a beautiful job. I will only be coming here from now on!
