I love the customer service at la crystal and Tammy did an unreal job at making my nails look clean and simple. The manicure itself and the colour/application are perfect and the attention to detail is the best I’ve ever had in a nail tech. 10/10!

My nails look amazing as always. However, I booked a French manicure with coloured dip, and when I arrived the nail tech didn’t know how to do French dip and no one else was available. I was offered ombré which was fine and again looks really nice. But what I didn’t appreciate was being charged for ombré when it was a staffing error on their part. I feel like I should’ve been offered the same price my French dip was as compensation

I had biogel nails done with Lucy and then the most relaxing deluxe pedicure with Tina this morning. 5 stars is not enough for the amazing service I receive everytime I visit La Crystal! I had an amazing experience at La Crystal Nails and Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. My nail technician did an outstanding job—she was meticulous, gentle, and really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and offers a great selection of colors and designs. I’m beyond thrilled with how my nails turned out!
