Jordan was great! First time with him so we had a quick chat about any injuries and pain and a little movement, and then into the massage. Was a perfect balance of general chatting and quiet time so you can relax and enjoy it. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future sessions!

I have had my second appointment with Sam at the Barnsley clinic and she is knowledgeable, patient and spends time understanding any concerns. Having lymphatic drainage messages has had a huge impact and benefit on my health and wellbeing!

Lucy gave me a Swedish massage today. I really enjoyed it, it was very relaxing Lucy relieved my aches and pains. I suffer with Fybromyalgia so this was very beneficial to me. Thank you Lucy xx 😘

The massage itself was beyond amazing. The lymphatic drainage technique immediately helped reduce puffiness and tension, while the sculpting massage visibly contoured and defined areas I honestly didn’t expect to notice after just one session. I felt lighter, less bloated, energized, and deeply relaxed all at once. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how personalised the treatment felt. This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was much more relaxing than I thought it would be. Sam really knows her stuff so I found it really interesting too. I will be definitely coming again x

Had a great experience with Jordan. He thoroughly assessed my knee injury, provided a relieving massage, and clearly explained rehab exercises tailored to my needs. I appreciated the hands-on approach and felt supported throughout. I left feeling much better and confident in my recovery plan. Highly recommend!
