I can’t recommend Sarah enough! Her massages are incredible, she combines her skills & knowledge to create the perfect treatment & even gives me exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments, which has really helped! I always feel renewed and relaxed afterwards - highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this lady enough. The sports massage I received was amazing. From this moment of walking in Sarah put me at ease and really took her time with the massage to help me with a problem I was getting in my lower back and glutes. Sarah was knowledgeable and considerate and I will be 100% going back to her for any future treatment.

Cheryl is one of the most welcoming, knowledgeable and loveliest people ever! & always takes time and care to personalise the best treatments for you. From microdermabrasion to massages and nails, Cheryl always does an amazing job, and would highly recommend, 10/10! :)

Sarah was very knowledgeable and talked me through what she was addressing.The treatment was firm but effective, and I felt noticeable relief in my hips afterward.
