Jordan was great! First time with him so we had a quick chat about any injuries and pain and a little movement, and then into the massage. Was a perfect balance of general chatting and quiet time so you can relax and enjoy it. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future sessions!

I have had my second appointment with Sam at the Barnsley clinic and she is knowledgeable, patient and spends time understanding any concerns. Having lymphatic drainage messages has had a huge impact and benefit on my health and wellbeing!

Lucy gave me a Swedish massage today. I really enjoyed it, it was very relaxing Lucy relieved my aches and pains. I suffer with Fybromyalgia so this was very beneficial to me. Thank you Lucy xx 😘

The massage itself was beyond amazing. The lymphatic drainage technique immediately helped reduce puffiness and tension, while the sculpting massage visibly contoured and defined areas I honestly didn’t expect to notice after just one session. I felt lighter, less bloated, energized, and deeply relaxed all at once. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how personalised the treatment felt. Had a great experience with Jordan. He thoroughly assessed my knee injury, provided a relieving massage, and clearly explained rehab exercises tailored to my needs. I appreciated the hands-on approach and felt supported throughout. I left feeling much better and confident in my recovery plan. Highly recommend!
