I have been going to Z&X for about one year & a half now. I have had some excellent massages there & the people are very nice. However, lately I haven't been pleased with the sheets & covers they use on their massage tables & am considering finding another place to get my massages. The sheets & cover sheets are really, really thin & I worry they do not protect from germs on the table itself. Yes, I know they clean each room after each session, but they are very worn & are in bad shape. Also, the sheet used to cover you during session is always "damp to very damp" & does not feel sanitary.

Always have an excellent experience here, though I was disappointed this time. I booked 2 hours with a specific massage therapist who apparently wasn't working today? The system should not allow that to be an option, and if it happens, I should be told before or when I arrive. I was not told until I was already undressed and on the table. Would not have booked 2 hours if I had known. It definitely makes me wary of future visits, if booking with that person is not guaranteed.

We LOVE it here. We are consistent patrons and have introduced several friends who also love it. Every one is friendly, professional and great at massage. The facility is simple and no frills. We are always in awe of what you get there for the price. If you like strong massages, this is definitely your place.
