First time at Chill Beauty and I will definitely be back! Booked for facial with Hannah and she was amazing. Made me feel at ease, talked me through procedure as it was new to me and answered any questions I had. Best ever neck and shoulder massage while face mask was on. Left feeling fantastic! Was complimented by friends how fresh and clear my skin looked!

Absolutely amazing Head waterfall spa treatment and facial this morning provided by Nell. The whole experience from start to finish was simply wonderful. Walking into the room, seeing the twinkling lights, and the Christmas image projected on the wall behind and hearing the sound of soft running water, straight away I felt relaxed. The facial and head massage were superb and anything I write here wouldn't do it justice. Finished off with a relaxing beverage of my choice accompanied by 2 cookies 🍪. Would 💯 recommend and I will be booking my next appointment for the New Year. Thankyou Nell X

I didn't realise this was at personal address rather than a business, so was a bit thrown off when I arrived. However, it made no difference. The hands-on treatment, including a targeted massage, provided immense relief from the pain. The physiotherapist took the time to clearly explain the condition and the rationale behind the treatment plan. I received a clear, tailored set of exercises and further advice to manage recovery at home. There is a sense of optimism about recovery, highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my massage. It’s been a couple of days since now, and my body (particularly my back) feels a lot less tense and much less painful. I’ll be back for another one in a few weeks time! The whole experience was super relaxing with a lovely atmosphere.

Great massage from Chloe again!

It was my first time and I was made to feel completely at home. I was put at ease and given lots of information about stretching in my own time and what can cause my symptoms.
