Didi was absolutely lovely. I went for intimate waxing and she was so good and made me feel so at ease. Would definitely go back and recommend her. Could probably do with an external sign as it was really hard to find.

I had my first bikini & half leg wax by Natasha. Natasha is incredibly lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She is very professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process, making what could be an embarrassing situation not awkward at all. Olivia listened to me regarding which areas to work on. I especially liked the part when I was on my back having sides of neck done from different angle. Nice touch also being sat up and handed the water. Easier to get up!

I cannot recommend Didi enough, from start to finish she made me feel comfortable, at ease, great communication. We didn’t stop talking throughout the whole session which was full leg waxing, focused on work as well as engaging throughout. Felt like I had known Didi for a long time which says a lot about a person. I will definitely be going back again. Amazing job my legs feel great already 10/10. Thank you Didi

This was the best wax I have ever had. The waxing area is such a nice environment and was made to feel welcomed and at ease as soon as I arrived. Can definitly say I wish I had have found this place sooner, I definitly won't be going elsewhere from now other than here.

Best wax experience I have had.

First time at Chill Beauty and I will definitely be back! Booked for facial with Hannah and she was amazing. Made me feel at ease, talked me through procedure as it was new to me and answered any questions I had. Best ever neck and shoulder massage while face mask was on. Left feeling fantastic! Was complimented by friends how fresh and clear my skin looked!
