Came for my first ever lymphatic drainage body sculpt full body session today. I was really nervous & worried & anxious as I feel very self conscious with my body & my tummy areas especially I don’t let anyone see it & always cover it up so was a big thing coming today but Beth made me feel super comfortable both by coving me up using towels, respecting my privacy, explaining step by step what we are doing, & why, & be just having a general chat & getting to know one another better. Made me feel So so comfortable, safe & at ease, relaxing environment.

My first time and wow, I have never felt so comfortable at a first time treatment , as strangers . It was a wonderful healing , balancing experience and I can’t wait for next time. I felt I was floating , my body relaxed -removing tension, I felt waves of joy and clarity . Anna has an amazing and compassionate understanding of women and I would recommend to everyone , I would even swap my massages for Reiki here next time 🕊️☺️💓

As always, Jason addresses and alleviates the shoulder issues that followed an accident in January of this year, leaving me much more mobile and in a lot less pain. Great practitioner, would certainky recommend his massage therapy.

Perfect lymphatic massage so professional, gentle, and incredibly effective. Helped so much with swelling, fluid retention, and post-surgery healing. My body feels lighter and smoother. Beautiful clean space, lovely calming atmosphere, and such a skilled therapist.

Absolutely brilliant , sports injury and after attending the walk in centre a week ago where I was told just rest it for weeks and go to a and e if there was no improvement, I choose to attend Optical Recovery instead and now I have a full diagnosis, a massage on the injury and full instruction of what I can do plus exercise plan Would highly recommend the injury is feeling a little easier already. , fantastic service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for pain relief! My neck and shoulders were incredibly stiff and sore (office job & poor posture). I have seen a few massage therapists around Leeds but none have come close to Lee. She got all of my knots out and I left feeling so much lighter and tension-less . I’ll definitely be back!

INCREDIBLE! One of, if not the best massage I’ve ever had. So glad I’ve found Lee’s shop as I will be returning often. Personalised appointment with deep tissue and relaxing massage mixed together. I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

I went on a recommendation. Jason made me feel welcome from the moment he answered the bell. I had the massage and talking therapy. He let me lead the experience and offered his expertise when appropriate. I left feeling so much more calmer and some useful techniques. Will be re-booking!
