I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

I went in for a maintenance massage ahead of a big event this weekend. Jason hit the mark on breaking up knots without getting so deep that I would struggle to recover in time. I’m feeling looser and ready to take on the challenge.

What a gorgeous experience with Alaine. She is so thoughtful and knowledgeable, you can tell how passionate she is about what she does. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel special with lots of extra touches turning just a facial or a massage into a full calming and relaxing experience. I had a buccal release massage which was amazing. I’m already looking at what treatment to have next. Thank you so much Alaine, you are wonderful!

I had a full body lymphatic massage and i felt so relaxed and my body felt so light not the usual massage i would get but it was amazing this included body brushing and gentle pressure applied to lymph nodes though out my body

Myself and my friend were visiting Leeds and were waiting for a late flight home, so decided to book in for a massage. The space was absolutely beautiful and ao relaxing as soon as you came through the door. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and the massages were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Leeds.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for pain relief! My neck and shoulders were incredibly stiff and sore (office job & poor posture). I have seen a few massage therapists around Leeds but none have come close to Lee. She got all of my knots out and I left feeling so much lighter and tension-less . I’ll definitely be back!

So pleased that Grace is available again in Leeds! She’s got an amazing ability to diagnose issues clearly and accurately, as well as provide easy exercise to improve problem areas. Her massages are also second to none for lasting repair and realignment. I booked a couples massage, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, attention to detail was exceptional. The 2 ladies took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and recommended the treatments that suited us best. My partner goes to the gym regularly, so they tailored his massage to target muscle tension and recovery. I have a sensitive back, so they recommended a more relaxing treatment instead of deep tissue. We chose our aromatherapy oils and they regularly checked the pressure and hot stone temperature throughout. A genuine 10/10 we’ll definitely be back!

Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

Alex was incredible. She listened with care and patience. She was extremely knowledgeable, giving advice and explaining all contraindications. Alex, Tailored my massage to work around areas that needed avoiding to give optimum results and benefits. My massage was relaxing, calm and the results have been wonderful. I would highly recommend Alex. I wish I had found her much sooner.
