Always a great atmosphere, Yvette and Kãren make me so welcome.. the salon is of a very high standard as is their professionalism. Every visit to the salon leaves me feeling good.. Yvette and Kãrens enthusiasm and spirituality are so great, you're never disappointed with their services re: Beauty Aesthetics or Nail art work.. these 2 are always my "Go To" 5*****

I visited Butterfly Beauty today for a head spa, and while my expectations were incredibly high (having been to a number of other salons), Butterfly Beauty absolutely delivered. Nell performed my treatment, and she was exceptional. The products were luxurious and beautifully fragrant, and she put her full focus and energy into delivering an incredibly professional and skillful experience. I think this might be the best Japanese head spa I’ve had so far. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and genuinely impressed. I’ll definitely be returning and becoming a regular. Highly recommend!

A great first time visiting, Ellie was absolutely lovely and put me right at ease. They were so diligent with my nut allergy and so friendly over the phone when I queried regarding this. The results of the first cryopen treatment were really good so returned today for more skin pigmentation spots to be removed using cryopen. Not a painful procedure just stings a bit. The salon was lovely and warm and Leanne was great as always.

Fresh from the salon and ready for Halloween! My blood-drip nails are giving vampire chic meets crime scene couture! 🧛‍♀️ Thanks Karen for absolutely nailing it (yes, I went there). They’re spooky, stylish, and just dramatic enough that people can’t tell if I’m off to a party or plotting a gothic novel. 10/10.....murderously fabulous! 😂🕸️💅

Absolutely adore coming to this salon, it’s like home from home. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and the salon setting it so relaxing. I have the pleasure of having Katie as my beauty therapist who is an absolute perfectionist and I highly recommend her as a nail tech she guided me through the right treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results I now how the nails I could of only dreamt off so thank you!!!
