I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

First time booking with Natural body cafe. On arrival welcomed with a warm proffesional manner. The booking system is very straightforward and hassle free. The rooms were very clean and toilet facilities clean too. What made it a 5 star for me' was being listened too ' regards my needs due to a sore back and tense muscles down on side of my back and and that being the key focus. The massage was to a high standard leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and helped to reduce ankes and pains. The prices are very competitive with plenty choices . Absolutely beautiful massage, so therapeutic and relaxing that I didn't want it to finish. Eva has magic in her hands and a beautiful warm and intuitive nature that sees her as a true professional masseuse. After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

I had a fabulous facial massage—such a relaxing experience! If it’s someone’s first time, it might be helpful to explain what to expect beforehand, just to put them at ease. The fragrance of the products used was lovely, though I personally found it a little strong. Stacey is a lovely young lady—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again for more treatments. I would happily recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a beauty treatment at Natural Body Café.

it’s tucked in a small nook. I had the 45-min Indian head massage with Amrita — the added neck and shoulder work was a lovely surprise and melted all my stress. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Amrita has a calming presence and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands.
