Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I've been having reflexology and massage therapies for the last decade due to managing long term illnesses. I started seeing Sarah at the end of last year and immediately I could tell, she genuinely loves what she does. She has a warm smile and a personality to match and she has such a lovely relaxing space. I've now had several sessions including massage, reflexology and a gel pedicure. I've loved every single one. My favourite is the massage and reflexology combination which I had today and just about to book in my next one, as Sarah is just fabulous!

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Today’s tissue massage really helped open up my airways as I have been suffering with a really bad chesty cough. I feel very energised and my muscles are feeling very relaxed . Jason always provides a fantastic service and I happy to recommend the clinic as it offers some excellent treatments.

I can’t recommend Claire enough! Not only is she amazing ar manual lymphatic drainage massages, but she also provides invaluable advice on what to do at home to support my healing. Her recommendations for products to aid in the recovery process have been a game-changer. I always leave feeling more relaxed and confident in my progress. I have been having treatments with Sarah for over 14 years. I would thoroughly recommend her. She is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and the products that she uses and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. This was the first time that I had a Luxury Dermaplaning facial. It was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was perfect and the whole treatment felt luxurious. I particularly loved the cooling mask whilst having a relaxing massage. My skin is smooth, glowing and hydrated! I will definitely be having another one!

Dominique lava shell massage is wonderful , she is so professional and her salon’s atmosphere is very relaxing , never feel rushed and always leave feeling relaxed and pampered .

Fridah, is always so polite and friendly really makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Her attention to detail is good, a shampoo & condition is a real treat with a relaxing head massage. I'm sure Fridah will go on to become a fabulous hairdresser! Happy customer :)

Sarah made me feel very welcome. Room was warm bed heated and I loved the hot neck towel she put on me. My neck and back were really painfully tight and her massage was lovely. I really started to relax and I am definitely going back for another one. Thank you Sarah x

Wonderful relaxing full body massage

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.
