Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. it’s tucked in a small nook. I had the 45-min Indian head massage with Amrita — the added neck and shoulder work was a lovely surprise and melted all my stress. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Amrita has a calming presence and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Booked in for a full body massage and luxury pedicure with Achala whilst on holiday.. I had a FBM last year with a different therapist. Which is found a little off putting so I was a bit nervous. But the FBM with aromatherapy was delightful. Achala put me at ease completely and it was so relaxing - probably the best I've ever had. I had the pedicure in the same room and Achala put lots of different lotions and potions on my feet and I chose from a large colour chart a slightly sparkly burgundy and I'm very happy with how it looks. I'd definitely recommend Achala.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I had a wonderful full body massage with Julie — I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and re-energised. Her technique is excellent: firm, skilled, and very reassuring throughout. I especially love the massage wax she uses — it feels luxurious and really enhances the experience. Highly recommend if you want to unwind and reset

I've been having reflexology and massage therapies for the last decade due to managing long term illnesses. I started seeing Sarah at the end of last year and immediately I could tell, she genuinely loves what she does. She has a warm smile and a personality to match and she has such a lovely relaxing space. I've now had several sessions including massage, reflexology and a gel pedicure. I've loved every single one. My favourite is the massage and reflexology combination which I had today and just about to book in my next one, as Sarah is just fabulous!

This is the only place I will come to get a massage now!! Laima is incredible at what she does. She has a lot of knowledge, skill and strength. It honestly is the best massages I've ever had. You leave feeling so relaxed and instant relief if you've got tight shoulders/ back etc. thank you so much, so glad I've found you!

I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

Had the most relaxing mini facial, scalp massage and back massage with Lucy this morning! Finished with eyebrows! Highly recommend 🥰

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Today’s tissue massage really helped open up my airways as I have been suffering with a really bad chesty cough. I feel very energised and my muscles are feeling very relaxed . Jason always provides a fantastic service and I happy to recommend the clinic as it offers some excellent treatments.

Relaxing therapeutic massage.

I have been having treatments with Sarah for over 14 years. I would thoroughly recommend her. She is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and the products that she uses and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. This was the first time that I had a Luxury Dermaplaning facial. It was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was perfect and the whole treatment felt luxurious. I particularly loved the cooling mask whilst having a relaxing massage. My skin is smooth, glowing and hydrated! I will definitely be having another one!
