it’s tucked in a small nook. I had the 45-min Indian head massage with Amrita — the added neck and shoulder work was a lovely surprise and melted all my stress. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Amrita has a calming presence and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I had a fabulous facial massage—such a relaxing experience! If it’s someone’s first time, it might be helpful to explain what to expect beforehand, just to put them at ease. The fragrance of the products used was lovely, though I personally found it a little strong. Stacey is a lovely young lady—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again for more treatments. I would happily recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a beauty treatment at Natural Body Café.

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Not only did I see instant results, the treatment itself was deeply relaxing and incredibly stress relieving. I’ve just had my second massage 5 weeks later and the results laste

Sarah made me feel very welcome. Room was warm bed heated and I loved the hot neck towel she put on me. My neck and back were really painfully tight and her massage was lovely. I really started to relax and I am definitely going back for another one. Thank you Sarah x
