1st time going to Lucy, I booked the june offer which was a back,neck and head massage. It was amazing felt very relaxed throughout, she made me feel very comfortable. I also booked a wax on my eyebrows and I love how she has done them. Thank you again I will definitely be booking again.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I originally booked in with Sarah for a Hollywood wax however my pain tolerance is veryyyyy bad and I thought this was the only way I could get rid of my hair! That was until I met Sarah … she instantly explained to me all about IPL Hair Removal and the benefits of it, completely reassuring me of the process, what to expect and the results! She is the kindest and most considerate beauty specialist I’ve ever been too as she really listens her clients from what I have experienced! Plus she offers loads of amazing services to try and treat yourself too! 🫶🏼

I booked a Hollywood wax with sarah and after quickly realising i couldn’t handle the pain of a wax she talked me into lazer and I’m SO GLAD she did!! The quickest and most pain free experience!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!

Lucy gave me a fabulous delux pedicure with hot wax and a mini facial today. She was professional, attentive to my comfort and generally very lovely. Would definitely recommend her home based spa treatments.

Lili is a class act. She provides an excellent service and you know that you are in professional hands: Lili knows what she is doing. Despite there being plenty of places in Bournemouth, where I live, I prefer to come to Skincare Cafe in Poole for my beauty treatments.

A beautiful warm and cosy space to have a lovely treatment. My eye brow wax was very precise and so gentle after a very soothing facial! I would highly recomend this therapist as she is so professional, friendly and thoughtful! Great experience that I will repeat on a regular basis.

A great experience as always! As a PCOS sufferer, the treatments that Sarah provides to help me manage some of the symptoms of this condition, namely reflexology, reiki and IPL laser hair removal, are amazing & highly recommended! I cannot thank Sarah enough for how caring and welcoming she is. Some people may think the treatments are pricey but for the effectiveness and positive impact that they give you are definitely worth it, especially from a well-being perspective! Went for a wax today and Lili was fab! One of the least painful waxes I have had and we were chatting so much the time flew by. Nice cosy environment too. Would 100% recommend!

Very relaxing, friendly and good service all round, had gel nails, lash lift and tint and eyebrow wax n tint. Excellent communication throughout and love my nails, I can recommend the blue/black tint is a lovely dark colour, dont worry its not actually blue its just a flattering colour in the light,
