She immediately made me feel comfortable, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and effective, exactly what I needed. She intuitively found every tension point and worked through it with care and skill. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely at ease. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, peaceful setting. I instantly felt relaxed. Warm welcome and personalised treatment made it feel really special. Alaine was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Massage was calming and released so much tension. Clean, professional space. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend!

Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. There was no element of being rushed which I adored, with refreshments afterwards to finish a wonderful hour or so to switch off and fully relax. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon! I recently had a facial, back massage, and head/scalp massage at Om Holistics, and the entire experience was just perfect. From the thoughtful text message from Alaine a few days beforehand with all the necessary details, to the lovely herbal tea at the end, every part of the visit was perfectly considered. Alaine was warm, friendly, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment felt completely tailored to my needs and was of fantastic quality. At no point did I feel rushed—it truly felt like a special treat. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Thank you!

The best treatment I've ever had!! I had the back massage, facial and head massage and it was absolutely dreamy. Alaine made me feel really relaxed and welcome from the beginning and I even fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment which has never happened before! Can't wait to book again.

I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

Very warm welcome from Gemma, room is so Cosy and pretty. Really enjoyed the Dermaplane facial, ice globes were so soothing. Head massage was therapeutic and relaxing, I’m sure I dozed off so that’s a big complement to Gemma’s hands. Thank you Will be recommend you to my friends and will be returning for sure x

I am so pleased with my nails since Gemmy has been doing them! My previous tech took 40 mins max with nail art and I wondered why Gemmy took longer this. It’s because her work is quality, she does proper prep and takes off your builder gel each time so that it’s fresh. My nails are growing lovely since Gemmy has been doing my nails. No chipping, no breaking and no coming away on the corners! Would highly recommend. I’ve heard she does cracking facials, massages and waxing too girls! 👀 Oh and she has the cutest little old boy 🐶 he loves a fuss! X

I was bought a back massage for a present. I managed to get a booking at late booking totally my fault .Gemmy Gorgeous was very accommodating and I had a wonderful relaxing massage the next day .relived alot of back pain and stress .I felt amazing afterwards and will defantly book again next month and have an hour massage. This was my second visit to Om Holistic, this time for a back, shoulder and neck massage and it was perfect! Alaine personalised the treatment and aromatherapy oils to suit my needs.
