Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

I had an incredible buccal massage with Alaine at Om Holistic. She was so caring and attentive throughout the session, and the whole experience felt deeply relaxing and nurturing. The products she used were amazing my skin felt so refreshed and glowing afterwards. Highly recommend!

Lovely back, shoulder and neck massage as always with Shidvash. Really hits the points that are causing me problems. She is always giving me good advice on how to sit and bend to improve my posture and pain in my shoulder & neck. Well done Shidvash another good treatment

My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. Her massage & healing techniques are amazing, its the perfect space to take some time out & relax in a tranquil environment. I highly recommend her ❤️

Beautiful, peaceful setting. I instantly felt relaxed. Warm welcome and personalised treatment made it feel really special. Alaine was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. There was no element of being rushed which I adored, with refreshments afterwards to finish a wonderful hour or so to switch off and fully relax. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back soon!
