I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The session began with a deeply relaxing back massage and seamlessly transitioned into an incredible Indian head massage. I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

The menopause massage was devine. Full relaxation with the whole body being massaged, whilst having certain pressure points treated also. The oils smelt lovely and my skin is so smooth. Michelle was professional, and organised. Highly recommended.

Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing. I highly recommend Cassie’s services to friends and family. Cassie even gave me a lemon water to take away, which was a lovely touch. I’ve already booked back in and can’t wait for my next massage!
