I recently had a Reiki session with Samantha that included a gentle neck stretch along with a face and head massage—and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment room is beautiful, and her presence was calm, grounding, and reassuring. She created a peaceful environment that made it easy to fully relax. The session itself was a perfect blend of energy work and physical release. The treatment left me feeling deeply balanced and calm. The face and head massage was especially soothing and put me in a state of total bliss.

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Samantha is such an intuitive practitioner who always considers every detail, making the whole experience from start to finish relaxing, empowering, and deeply purposeful. I experienced Reiki energy healing, sound bath healing, and a third eye pressure point facial massage, each one was amazing and realigned me in it's own way. Samantha’s kind and gentle nature, combined with her skill and expertise, made the sessions incredibly special. She is absolutely fabulous at what she does, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. 🪷

Jamie took time to understand my issues and knew where to target for the massage. He talked me through what he was doing and kept checking I was comfortable. Felt great immediately afterwards. Will be having more sessions regularly to keep the issues at bay.

Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing. I highly recommend Cassie’s services to friends and family. Cassie even gave me a lemon water to take away, which was a lovely touch. I’ve already booked back in and can’t wait for my next massage! Very good massage helps with my back pain

After feeling stiff and achy for a few weeks now, I decided to book a full body massage with Glow House Beauty - best decision I’ve made in a while! My whole body feels much more relaxed and less tense. Thea is always professional, knowledgeable and provides an amazing service ✨
