Whole process 5 star. Krissy st Heeling Palms has great energy. Start to finish amd on going my experience left me floating on air, extremely relaxed. Ive experience reflexology before, but this was certainly another level, I went into meditation and so chilled and released lots afterwards. Literally can not wait for next visit! Highly recommend for all systems, reduce stress and make some space for the busy mind. Felt held and looked after and in very safe hands. Thank you Krissy.

First experience with laser and lymphatic drainage. Learnt a lot and although I was a little nervous, she made me feel really comfortable and helped me understand everything I needed to look after my post surgery complications. 100% recommended and will be booking again!

Wow, what a truly magnificent treatment I received. I am so blessed. While I knew the correlation between feet and the rest of the body, to feel and see the positive effects during the treatment and the next day makes me question why this is the first time I’ve done this for myself! Reflexology should be a regular self care routine. I couldn’t recommend Krissy enough. Her couch was the most comfortable I’ve been in a long time. I will definitely be booking in again. 100% recommend laser hair removal with Cassie! I've had such a brilliant reduction so far after just 4 sessions. It's pretty much painless, a very occasional heat sensation but nothing that actually hurts. Cassie is so good at cooling the skin down first it's very comfortable. The aftercare is very simple and I'm so happy I don't need to shave anywhere near as much as I used to! Thank you Cassie ❤️

First time having reflexology with Krissy. It was a really wonderful experience...Krissy was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. By the end of my treatment, I felt so chilled and floaty and could quite easily have gone to sleep. I've already booked in for my next session and would highly recommend her.
