Pure Bliss! From start to finish, this was the ultimate in relaxation and luxury. I’ve been seeing Sophie for close to 7 years. I found most massages aren’t firm enough, but Sophie is great. In my first paid session (had a massage through work first), I told Sophie not to worry about a knot in my shoulder as it has been there for years and no one can get rid of it. She was determined, and after 3 trigger point massage sessions, she managed to release it. Hence why I’ve been doing her for 7 years. Thanks, Sophie.

I had a hot stone massage with Jenny and it was amazing! She was so lovely and made me feel really relaxed. I was running about 5 minutes late because of traffic, and she still continued the massage for an extra 10 minutes which I really appreciated. I left feeling calm, sleepy and so refreshed. The lymphatic drainage massage was so blissful. The gentle massage of the lymph system was incredibly relaxing. I felt supported and nourished throughout the session which incorporated breath-work. I highly recommend this style of massage therapy as a regular practice to assist with overall health and wellbeing. Angela’s sessions are calm and grounded, and I always leave feeling amazing.

The lady staff was really considerable, friendly and thoughtful. I have done the Phyto Peeling Pure, that was so cool. I got some massage, relaxed time and specially valuable experience!

I’ve been seeing Sophie regularly for massages, and I always leave feeling fantastic. She has an incredibly intuitive touch and a deep understanding of the body. I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and have been feeling built up swelling in face. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the session. The massage itself was gentle & relaxing. Within hours, I noticed a visible reduction in puffiness and felt lighter and more comfortable overall. Not only did it help with the swelling, but it also improved my sleep and gave me a much needed moment of calm. I’ve already booked my next session! I can’t recommend this enough.

Mew is a great masseuse. She applied the right amount of pressure (a lot) to areas that needed it and focused on the areas that we had discussed. Excellent session and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a firm massage as well as a relaxing one.
