This was my first visit to this salon and I was so happy with my wash and blow dry style by Ciara. My hair is fairly curly and I have extensions, so it is a nightmare for me to style. I will definitely be back and Ciara styled my hair perfectly!

was my first time there... everything was top notch customer service from the moment I walked in until the moment i walked out after my appointment with Hayley. She was everything i look for in a hairdresser and a genuinely caring lovely person that i had total confidence in. The staff and ambience all go together to make it a very warming welcoming experience. I am definately going back to this wonderful salon that specializes in curls.. which I have.

The salon experience was like going into a spa salon! Emma is a very talented and experienced hair dresser who makes the process feel amazing, effortless and comfortable. Salon Kaia is the most beautiful place to have your hair done. Before beginning you receive the most amazing massage which I can’t wait to have again. The team are very lovely and welcoming. Whilst getting my hair coloured and cut by Kate she asked me lots of questions about my hair and how I styled it which assisted her to give me the best cut for me. I will definitely be coming back for another cut and colour. Thank you Salon Kaia.

Keeley has done such an amazing transformation with my hair! It feels and looks so much healthier and I’ve had so many compliments on the colour. She does an awesome job explaining exactly what she is doing so I didn’t have to ask any questions. Super relaxed and calming experience, and the girls in the salon are fun to chat too as well, which always makes for a great time. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful, and I wish I’d done it sooner. Zacci was the best!! I learnt so much about how to care for my new curls. Went in with frizz, came out with curls 😁 and also no regrets that I’d previously experienced when going to a salon that didn’t know about cutting curly hair. Absolutely love, love, love today’s experience and my hair!!! I travelled almost 2 hrs to get this experience, and so glad I did. Nobody but the staff at Haylo will touch my hair from now on!!
