Sarah is the best! I’ve had the best experience with her in Wollongong. She is extremely warm and lovely to interact with. Sarah is incredible. Not just her mad skills but her amazing vibe! I felt comfortable from the minute we met. She has designed her space to be a relaxing experience, which was absolutely what I need when I’m in that zone. It’s unfortunate that I live so far away but I’m already planning a trip back to Wollongong in time for my next cut and colour!

I had such a fabulous experience at The Head Spa! Di looked after me and was fantastic. The combination of the massage chair and the head massage from Di was amazing. Topped off with an amazing blow dry. I’ve never had an experience like this before and look forward to doing it again when I’m next in Wollongong.

I recently visited the salon for a color and a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Rita took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions that suited my face shape and hair type. For the color, she achieved the perfect shade I was hoping for, even though it took her some time. I’ve received lots of compliments from my friends and family. Rita is a professional hairdresser who genuinely cares about her customers. She is very friendly and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Rita to anyone looking for expert hair care!

I can't recommend Sarah at Hearth Hair strongly enough! I went in for a consultation with severely bleached, damaged hair, a dark dyed root, and grey regrowth starting to show. I was prepared for a significant haircut, but Sarah listened patiently, asked many questions, and took extra strands for testing before proceeding. She worked gently and masterfully, using no bleach and giving me the perfect treatment to achieve a hair that everyone was complimenting me on at my work Christmas party. Highly recommend her!

I had the most amazing experience with Gemma . She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I'm absolutely obsessed with the color – it looks so natural and is the perfect shade. The face-framing haircut is incredible too! Ciara was great! I’ve always struggled finding a curly hair stylist and I moved from Sydney to Wollongong earlier this year so was nervous to find a new stylist but I am so happy with my cut and colour! The space was lovely and welcoming and Ciara made sure I felt really comfortable and listened to everything I was after. Would definitely recommend! :)

Thea made me feel comfortable from the beginning, she understood and delivered on the hair treatment I was after. Left feeling very happy with the service and I love my hair. I would return again next time I am in Wollongong.

So happy something like this has finally opened in Wollongong! The vibe is unreal, head massage was amazing and hair was so shiny and soft afterwards! Even had my hair blowdryed and curled to finish with a glass of Prosecco! Will definitely be coming back!

As a first time client, I had a fantastic experience with Bonnie. She was friendly and welcoming, well informed and discussed options with me which I found incredibly helpful in that Bonnie provided guidance whilst allowing space for my persobal preferences to retain control. Bonnie was well versed in curly hair management and gave me great tips for home care. I particularly like her focus on keeping the hair healthy which is reassuring. BW Hair salon is bright, modern and easily accessible which made it a pleasure to visit. I will be returning.
