My appointment was running an hour late, and after waiting 40 minutes, I asked them how much longer and was told it would be another 20 minutes. The hairdresser was apologetic once I got to the chair, which I appreciated, but would've been helpful to be told earlier how far behind they were so I could've gone for a walk and come back. That said, Intisar did a wonderful job with my blowdry and fixing my haircut and would book with her again.

Riyam is my favorite hairdresser. I discovered her by chance, and every time she cuts my hair, it grows quickly and healthily. Also, when she dyes my hair, everyone around me asks about the color. All the other hairdressers there are wonderful, but Riyam is a true professional.
