Oh my god. I am NOT a hair girl, okay? I never know what to ask for and I hate doing my hair, washing my hair, hair styling - all of it. I walked into Haus of Hair in Lilydale visiting the suburb for a wedding, and had the MOST amazing time. My stylist (Steph, I think!) was so personable, so kind, and knew exactly what I wanted even in light of my vague descriptions and non-hair type speak. The salon is GORGEOUS, my hair turned out beautifully, and I don’t think I’ve ever left a salon feeling so confident and gorgeous before. Thanks team!

It’s always nice having your hair done but the lady’s at Haus of Hair lilydale take it to the next level and the setting is lovely, it’s a great place to get pampered and my hair was done exactly the way I like it 👌🏼

Jenna is very welcoming, non judgemental, honest and well educated when it comes to hair. Originally just came for a haircut after 1.5 years of neglect, Jenna has made me feel like beautiful hair is achievable for anybody. I will be sticking with Jenna as my hairdresser, as I’m going to go on a bit of a hair journey and I trust that I’ll be taken care of❤️

Carmen managed to accommodate my last minute request to get my 5 year old daughter’s first haircut. Carmen is great with kids, as she managed to engage a conversation with my daughter, whom is timid, and made her feel comfortable throughout her haircut, wash and blow. My daughter was over the moon, so happy with the experience. Thank you Carmen! We will definitely be returning for more services. Exceptional customer service!
