Oh my god. I am NOT a hair girl, okay? I never know what to ask for and I hate doing my hair, washing my hair, hair styling - all of it. I walked into Haus of Hair in Lilydale visiting the suburb for a wedding, and had the MOST amazing time. My stylist (Steph, I think!) was so personable, so kind, and knew exactly what I wanted even in light of my vague descriptions and non-hair type speak. The salon is GORGEOUS, my hair turned out beautifully, and I don’t think I’ve ever left a salon feeling so confident and gorgeous before. Thanks team!

Case was lovely made me feel welcome and comfortable right away, she listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. The end result she nailed it!! My only problem is I live in cairns and finally found my hairdresser in Melbourne but I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much I really appreciate your talented work your a star.

It’s always nice having your hair done but the lady’s at Haus of Hair lilydale take it to the next level and the setting is lovely, it’s a great place to get pampered and my hair was done exactly the way I like it 👌🏼

Carmen managed to accommodate my last minute request to get my 5 year old daughter’s first haircut. Carmen is great with kids, as she managed to engage a conversation with my daughter, whom is timid, and made her feel comfortable throughout her haircut, wash and blow. My daughter was over the moon, so happy with the experience. Thank you Carmen! We will definitely be returning for more services. Exceptional customer service!

Sheree is fantastic! Always takes amazing care and effort with my 11yo son’s hair. Chats with him about anything and everything and makes him feel totally comfortable. It’s been great watching him grow in confidence and courage - enough to discuss what type of cut/style he wants with less and less Mum involvement. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Sheree is amazing! Always puts my 10yr old son at ease and makes an effort to chat and engage with him. He loves how she asks him (not me) how he wants his hair cut. He always walks out the door feeling super confident and loves the style they choose together. Best hairdresser we’ve found and won’t be going anywhere else again!

Always so lovely - great conversation, amazing hair cutting, colouring and styling skills and always open to whatever you want to do. Love that there’s never any pressure to buy anything or style / cut it a certain way. It’s such a relaxing and great experience and I can’t say I’ve always felt that at other hair dressers.
