Love that Kalm is in Caba now! it has quickly become my go-to for recovery, easing muscle soreness or unwinding from a busy week. Today, I enjoyed an Infared sauna and ice bath with my daughter, but also use the LED light and full body cryotherapy and magnesium float therapy. My body and mind feel energised today. Highly recommend :)

Sophia at Sojo was calm, accomplished and prepared for my treatment. A lot of pre-work and understanding on my ailment was done, before I walked through the doors. This was my first spinal flow treatment and it will now be my 'go-to' above chiro, physio and massage. What a wonderful and deeply connected therapy. Highly recommend.

Today, I had a 45-minute remedial massage with my partner in a couple room and it was absolutely amazing. We’ve tried several other massage places in Gold Coast, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. My therapist, Harumi, was especially friendly and kind, and all of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Everything was very professional and impressive from start to finish. Francie Chen is an excellent massage therapist whom I would highly recommend. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ comfort and wellbeing. Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

What a treat! The Udwarthanam therapy I received was nothing short of transformative. The therapist was amazing. She applied the dry herbal powder with rhythmic, upward strokes that instantly awakened my senses and activated a deep internal energy. I could literally feel stagnant energy being swept away. I left feeling lighter, rebalanced, and completely re-energized. It’s an experience I’d recommend to anyone looking to reset from the inside out. I will re_book again.
