From confirming the appointment beforehand, ensuring I knew where to go, guiding me on the decision making process to do with my lashes since I hadn't had them done in so long to pulling making a couple hours go by like a flash. She did such a thoughtful, beautiful job - it'll still take time to get used to but she has such precision and attention to detail. Honestly one of the better sets I've had put on.
