I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating to my physical disability. Even though she normally doesn’t do house appointments, she went out of her way to come to me, which meant so much. Trichelle from Diveyen Lash is so talented and her lash sets always have such amazing retention! I’ve been going to her for a couple years now because she just always hits the mark with the lash sets I want and will ask the right questions to make sure she understands.
