She is it. Astrid is my new lash go to. Hands down! - welcoming - explains everything in details - atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing - she knows what she's doing. Trust me, she did my lashes based on my eye shape while ensuring the health of my natural lashes. -she made sure I was aware of what she's about to do during the process. - the whole process felt like Astrid was giving me eye massages lol. That's how gentle and delicate her work is. Once my new babies were on, there was no weight on my eyes, no stings, no red eyes Thank you Astrid, I Looooove my lashes x

I’ve been seeing Molly, one of the senior stylists for well over a year now. I have honestly never loved my hair anymore than when she works her magic on me. She provides a very personalised experience that you don’t get at your typical hair salon. I love my low maintenance blonde hair and the extensions are beyond beautiful.

Talk about a Luxury experience. Nicole welcomed me with peach ice tea and chocolate treats while we consulted on my desired lash look for the appointment. She took her time to make sure hygiene and lash placement was to a T. I love my wispy volume set, they're so natural and perfectly fitted my eyes / face. She killed it, especially for a new lash tech!

Love getting my hair done at Koha. Have visited both Ipswich and Springfield salons and both very relaxing vibes. Very reasonable hair packages available which I love. Lovely friendly team at Springfield, shout out to Emily for my regrowth tint, cut and blowdry. My hair always feels amazing, best head masaages I will definitely be back again.

I usually walk out of an appointment in pain but that was not the case here, whole appointment I was in so much comfort that I kept dozing off and snoring (so sorry Bec and jaz😭😂🤍) the recliner was the most amazing smartest touch😭. I got my Lashes done and Bec was so fast and perfect.. had no issues what so ever!! She did my brows next, I’ve never had them waxed before but my experience with her definitely got me to want to get them done regularly!. Jaz did my pedicure and manicure and she was fast, efficient and so easy going with it. Absolutely lovely, kind, very relaxing and chill ladies🙌🏼🤍.

I was looking for a new lash tech to do a full wispy lash set. I finally found Mon and couldn’t be happier. My lashes look amazing and full, and they have great retention. The salon was clean and tidy, and Mon is so professional and lovely. Very happy with everything, definitely recommend.

Sam is amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Sam is a perfectionist in her eyebrow sculpture and tattooing. I have the perfect shape all because of the work she’s done. Always very attentive and a wealth of information. I leave each appointment feeling so good about myself and look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Sam’s work.
