I’ve been to Ruby for Microneedling and a High Frequency facial with Dermaplaning, specifically to target chronic acne and scarring. She is very knowledgeable in this area as she has personal experience with it, so really understands skin and how to care for it. This is refreshing, especially compared to other skincare “specialists” whose idea of acne is some occasional spots once a month. Ruby always offers practical advice and is so helpful. My most recent appointment was for the HF facial and my skin after was glowing, and looked firmer and healthier.

What an incredible experience. I had the bespoke facial which was an hour of pure relaxation and nourishment. My skin feels and looks amazing! Polly was so calming and informative, I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
