Rose is a super beautician. She is very polite and attentive and listen to the requirements of the client. I thoroughly enjoy the body massage and facials done by her. I have been using the salon for last 2 years and have no complaints. I recommend others to try too.

Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly!
