I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

I had an incredible facial at The Beauty Box Leeds (141 Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton). The salon is calm, clean, and beautifully set up perfect for relaxation. The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. Liv always makes me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns, explained what products she was using, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type. It felt really personalised rather than a “one size fits all” facial. The treatment itself was so soothing gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extractions done carefully. Had the most wonderful facial with Lauren this evening! Lauren’s studio is so calm and peaceful, and she made me feel completely comfortable. From our initial call to the appointment itself, Lauren really took the time to understand my skin concerns and what I wanted to get from the facial. I asked for some recommendations for a new skincare routine and Lauren has kindly already sent these through to me, together with a plan for facials leading up to my wedding in summer. Travelled 45 minutes to see Gemma and didn’t disappoint.. she fitted me in last minute for an incredible 2hr relaxing massage, facial, oil head massage and squeezed in a cheeky ASMR.. definitely worth 5 stars.. if only there was 6..
