I had such a lovely experience during my waxing appointment. The lady was incredibly calm, gentle, and professional throughout. Being pregnant, I was a bit anxious beforehand, but she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. She was very understanding and took extra care to ensure I was relaxed. Giuliano is brilliant. The waxing is over before you know it and he's a bit of a perfectionist going after every single stray hair. I've had a few waxes with him now and my skin is feeling amazing.

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.
