She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel special with lots of extra touches turning just a facial or a massage into a full calming and relaxing experience. Liv always makes me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns, explained what products she was using, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type. It felt really personalised rather than a “one size fits all” facial. The treatment itself was so soothing gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extractions done carefully. Had the most wonderful facial with Lauren this evening! Lauren’s studio is so calm and peaceful, and she made me feel completely comfortable. From our initial call to the appointment itself, Lauren really took the time to understand my skin concerns and what I wanted to get from the facial. I asked for some recommendations for a new skincare routine and Lauren has kindly already sent these through to me, together with a plan for facials leading up to my wedding in summer. Just been and had an amazing pumpkin 🎃 facial with peel and first time under LED lights and steam. This was the best facial ever and I’ve had a few! Was worried about the led as can sometimes feel claustrophobic. But Rachel put me at ease and the whole experience was 5 star! Will def be booking again and maybe next time try it with dermaplane. The room was very calming and cknfidtsnke and at one point I almost drifted off. Highly recommend.

Paula was amazing. Very friendly and made me feel good. I had two treatments- pedicure and facial. I can’t be happier with the outcome My face looks sooooo clean and beautiful. My skin looks 10 years younger:) And my feet too. Definitely going back!!!!
