Absolutely blissful. The first time I’ve had lymphatic massage and it was relaxing, but also felt it was working far beneath the surface as it was so purposeful and practiced with real care and intention. I also had facial massage and red light mask, which was amazing ❤️

A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

This was first ever facial and I’m so glad I went to Kayleigh for it! My consultation was incredibly thorough, and she took me through all of the different options in detail. The facial itself was very relaxing ( even though it was dermaplaning) and the whole experience was fantastic. So much so that I’ve already booked in my next few months facials! 10/10

Another wonderful facial with Evie. Super relaxing and I came out with glowing skin. Such a lovely salon to visit.

I had a wonderful experience with my lymphatic massage and facial. Megan has a beautiful calm and welcoming energy and made me feel instantly at ease. I had a very thorough massage which was relaxing despite being a deep lymphatic one, and the facial has left my skin glowing and feeling very hydrated. You can see that Megan has put a lot of thought into creating a whole experience, even providing thoughtful little extras as part of her treatments. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back ✨

Very friendly and a lovely facial with lumi eyes treatment too at a really great price.

Megan is so welcoming and an expert in this area. As a newbie to Lymphatic massage she guided me through the treatment at each stage explaining what she was doing and why. I felt completely at ease and relaxed. The bonus red light therapy facial was a fab addition. I felt leaving lighter and have had a great nights sleep. Can’t wait for my next session. Sam xx

From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing- and the therapist truly made it. She was so profesional gentle. And clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and tailored everything perfectly to my skin. I had the fire and Ice facial which was truly incredible- you can literally feel it working. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter and has that fresh glowing look straight away. Honestly, it was such a lovely experience made even better by a highly talented therapist. Highly recommend. Had the Lymphatic Sculpt and Glow Facial with Meg and I’m so pleased with the results. As a 48-year-old woman, I’m always looking for treatments that help my skin look fresh and healthy, and this facial really delivered. My skin feels refreshed, brighter and lifted, and it’s still glowing the next day. Meg is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely confident in the treatment.
