It was the first time that I’d had a facial & I can say it won’t be the last ! From the moment I came in Flo was so attentive she told me exactly what she would be doing and made me relax before she’d even started. The experience was the best 1hr I’d spent in for ever ! The most delightful hydro facial by Laura, absolute bliss. I can see the benefits straight away. Lines around the eyes and mouth are definitely reduced. At any age one has to keep up standards.

Outstanding! Nicola made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Very professional but also extremely personable and friendly. Tailored my experience too with being pregnant which was lovely. Very knowledgeable of her products and all their ingredients. An amazing facial which was super kind to the skin and each step was explained. Lovely arm, hand, shoulder, neck and head massage too. Her set up is also gorgeous and very professional. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone regardless of their skin care journey, whether a newbie or pro, Nicola has you covered!
