I had ‘the glow package’ facial and was the best facial I’ve had my skin was glowing after! My therapist Angel is so friendly and professional and such a good therapist. I am a returning customer with the shire as always happy with the service.

A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Came here for my first facial today. Laura was wonderful.

From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing- and the therapist truly made it. She was so profesional gentle. And clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and tailored everything perfectly to my skin. I had the fire and Ice facial which was truly incredible- you can literally feel it working. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter and has that fresh glowing look straight away. Honestly, it was such a lovely experience made even better by a highly talented therapist. Highly recommend. After a really long break due to ill health, returning to Shellie for an oxygen facial was such a joy. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh, hydrated, and renewed. Anna is truly an expert in her field! I always feel completely confident discussing any treatment needs with her and I completely trust that she gives me the very best advice. Today’s Pro 60 facial was incredible, with the added bonus of a relaxing massage while my face mask worked its magic. This lovely little gem of a beauticians in Hertford is my go-to for all my beauty needs… I can’t recommend her enough!

The most relaxing and enjoyable facial I’ve had. Laura is so professional and welcoming and knew exactly what I needed to improve my skin.

I've had fantastic manicures with Evie. Her gel nails last a really long time. Alongside that, it's her facials that are truly amazing and surpass all other facials I have had. Not only does she provide a serene and warm environment in the room, the attention to detail and the little touches she incorporates in her facial really make you feel luxuriously pampered. Her massage technique will make you melt and also helps sculpt the face as well as release tension. It was a very meditative and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend The Hideaway.
