From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing- and the therapist truly made it. She was so profesional gentle. And clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and tailored everything perfectly to my skin. I had the fire and Ice facial which was truly incredible- you can literally feel it working. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter and has that fresh glowing look straight away. Honestly, it was such a lovely experience made even better by a highly talented therapist. Highly recommend. I spent an incredible two hours on a rainy Sunday afternoon having the aptly named 'Bliss Escape'. A one hour full body massage followed by a one hour facial. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed by Bianca, she talked me through the treatment and I got to choose what oil to use. The treatment itself was amazing, in all honesty I don't think I can remember having better, even at luxury spas. I left feeling completely relaxed and with soft glowing skin. This was the first time I have been to Bianca and will most definitely be back. I would 100% recommend.

The most incredible experience! I had the "bliss escape" experience and it really was that! Couldn't recommend Bianca enough, loved all the little personalised touches like a variety of oils to choose from a personalised facial plan depending on your skin type and needs. Will definitely be back :)
