It was my first visit and it was lovely. I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

This was my first silk press and Tameka was excellent!! I had no idea how damaged my hair was and I’m very consistent with getting my end clipped and deep conditioning! The protein treatment brought my hair back to life and the trim was beautifully done!! She was so professional and sweet!! The entire atmosphere was so welcoming and such a vibe!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Marlenny! She gave me a gorgeous butterfly haircut and offered such helpful recommendations tailored to my hair type and routine. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Also, a big shoutout to Yikaury who washed my hair and also applied a nourishing hair treatment that left my hair feeling so soft, healthy, and shiny. She was so gentle and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The whole visit felt thoughtful and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

Such a lovely experience. The salon is really nice and Iryna was even nicer and very professional. I did a conditioning treatment and a blow dry and my hair looks amazing. Honestly one of the best blow dries I had in a long time!

Always a GREAT experience with Dalnez. Today I got a cut, color and special conditioning treatment- Beautiful transformation!! I’ve been coming to Carrera Salon for many years, Dalnez is awesome and my main lady! …and I love when she washes my hair- amazing massage. Will have to come for a scalp massage ❤️ Also, on the seldom occasion that she washes unavailable I’ve have gone to 3 other stylists and ALL were excellent!

Chona is a QUEEN!! I came in after having other frustrations with other local salons. And coloring at home for a stretch. Chona knew what I needed. I got an amazing color and conditioning treatment, along with a gorgeous dry and style. Loved it all. I’ll be coming back for sure.
