A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

I had a really good experience in the London clinic last week. I got 0.5ml of lip filler, the clinic was extremely clean. I have very small lips and this was my first time getting filler. I felt like I was listened to & didn’t feel pressured into getting anymore than I wanted. It’s been 10 days since I’ve had the filler and I can’t fault them one bit at all.

It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I arrived full of tension and knots after being unwell and spending days in bed. Ola asked all the right questions, checked in throughout, and worked expertly with firm pressure -especially on my neck. I left feeling completely renewed, with amazing mobility and movement. I walked in with one body and left with another. I’ll definitely be back.
